Assistant Summer Camp Director

Overview

Salem Gymnastics & Swim is seeking a high-energy, organized, and team-focused Assistant Summer Camp Director to help lead a safe, engaging, and fun summer camp program.

• Work closely with the Camp Director to oversee daily operations
• Support, supervise, and motivate camp staff
• Maintain an active leadership presence with campers and counselors
• Assist with scheduling, organization, and implementation of camp themes and activities
• Communicate clearly and professionally with parents and staff
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive camp environment

• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication with children, parents, and staff
• Mature, dependable, and energetic
• Experience working with children preferred
