Wake Forest University’s Department of German and Russian invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor of German, effective July 1, 2027. The successful candidate will teach first- and second-year German language, as well as literature and culture courses in German and English at the undergraduate level, and contribute to ongoing scholarly work.
A Ph.D. in German Literature or a related field is required; native or near-native fluency in German is expected.
