REYNOLDS AMERICAN has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager Loyalty/Rewards Operations in Winston-Salem, NC.Consumer Experience is seeking a passionate business professional to join the Digital Operations team responsible for product ownership of the Company's state-of-the-art brand rewards programs, including management of the rewards catalogue, redemption codes, Loyalty+/Campaigns, enhancements, financials, and affiliated provider administration.
Positioned within the digital operations team, the role also serves as a subject matter expert providing rewards consultation and planning guidance to all parties in Consumer Experience and Brand Marketing. As new opportunities arise for rewards capability enhancements or new technical components, the product owner is responsible for briefing the Digital Commercial Development team for production within the environment to ensure potential application across all brand rewards programs.
The role requires prior experience overseeing large manufacturer rewards programs that feature touchpoints ranging from packaging, proprietary web/app, and external digital partnerships. Emphasis is placed on the ability to cultivate relationships, diversity of thought, driving execution, and product administration.
Your key responsibilities will include:- Rewards consultation and campaign planning guidance
- Administration of rewards service providers
- Financial management of brand rewards programs
- Rewards catalogue options
- Rewards redemption code administration
- Loyalty+/Campaign management
- Rewards Enhancements
- Accountable for DCE operating performance, optimization, and overall product/service quality
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in rewards product administration and digital marketing or related fields.
- Regulated industry experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to connect platform decisions to marketing strategy, CX workflows, consumer engagement, and operational outcomes.
- Experience in driving execution and offering seasoned product management/administration
- Strong industry/channel knowledge and experience
- Excels in a fast-paced environment while holding self/others accountable
- Collaborative with a diverse range of internal/external stakeholders
- Seeks diversity of thought, fosters an inclusive environment, and strives to make others better
- Familiarity with Adobe martech stack is preferred
- Prior experience managing service providers and external partnerships
- Strong communication, collaboration, credibility, and influencing skills
