Spanish Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Spanish Teacher to join our educational institution. As a Spanish Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment where students can develop their Spanish language skills. You will plan and deliver lessons, assess student progress, and provide constructive feedback.

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Prior experience teaching Spanish to students of various ages and proficiency levels
• Familiarity with different teaching methodologies and language acquisition strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum objectives and promote active learning
• Use a variety of instructional strategies and resources to engage and motivate students
• Provide clear explanations and demonstrations of Spanish language concepts
• Assess students' language skills through formal and informal methods, such as tests, projects, and classroom discussions
• Give feedback to students on their progress and offer guidance on areas for improvement
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that respects and values diversity
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share teaching materials and resources
• Stay updated on advancements in language teaching techniques and incorporate them into teaching practices
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about students' progress and any concerns

• Proven ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Patience, empathy, and adaptability when working with diverse student populations
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with educational technology tools
• Knowledge of cultural aspects related to the Spanish-speaking world is a plus
• Valid teaching certification or license preferred
