The Wake Forest University School of Business is seeking qualified candidates for a clinical faculty (non-tenure track) position in Organizational Behavior (OB) to start July 1, 2027. This individual will be ranked (as appropriate, including Assistant/Associate/Full) as a Teaching Professor, Professor of the Practice, or Lecturer and will be expected to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in organizational behavior, leadership, management, and ethics in business.

Candidates should be prepared to provide evidence of prior teaching effectiveness at the undergraduate and/or graduate level(s) and have at least five years of teaching experience. Preference will be given to those with a PhD (or its equivalent) in OB or a related field from an accredited institution. Significant executive education experience may offset the absence of a terminal degree, provided the candidate is willing to become conversant in the basic frameworks, theories, and research in the discipline of OB.

Although this position is primarily focused on teaching, ideal candidates can also contribute by engaging in practice-driven thought leadership through activities such as sharing on social media, writing practice-focused article/books, making radio or television appearances, and pursuing collaborative projects with industry partners.
