The Role:Engineering with “Common Sense”
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer who believes that the best design isn’t the most complex one—it’s the one that works flawlessly for the next 20 years. You will lead the design of HVAC and plumbing systems for educational, institutional, and commercial projects, ensuring they are functional, sustainable, and easy for facility managers to operate.
Key Responsibilities- Practical Design: Develop mechanical systems that prioritize “universal maintainability,” helping our clients avoid the “proprietary trap” of overly complex, high-maintenance equipment.
- 3D Synergy: Utilize BIM/Revit to create precise 3D models, proactively identifying and eliminating construction-phase “clashes” before they reach the field.

- Sustainable Impact: Implement energy conservation measures that offer a real-world ROI, helping public institutions defend taxpayer dollars through 30-year durability standards.
