Description

Compiles and maintains accounts payable records. Records payments to customers' accounts and maintains accounts receivable records by performing the following duties.

Position is full-time

JOB DUTIES
  • Maintain Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and all cash receipts records.
  • Transmit all monthly billings electronically for Innovations, Day Activity SALS, and Long-Term Support to the appropriate sources.
  • Generate and process invoices for The Enrichment Center's contracts
  • Work with Operations and MCOs to resolve billing issues in a timely manner.
  • Understand and comply with all state and federal regulations related to Services and Programs offered.
  • Input all billing information into the accounts receivable module
  • Enter finalized cash receipts in Financial Edge.
  • Research and process charge back, returns, and bad checks.
  • Answer accounts receivable phone inquiries and follow up accordingly.
  • Research and process invoice payments.
  • Prepare accounts payable checks.
  • Prepare accounts payable reports and maintains all accounts payable files.
  • Reconcile assigned accounts within established timelines.
  • Orders supplies for programs, administration, and facility.
  • Treats individuals served and other staff with respect and dignity.
  • Prepares analysis of accounts as required.
  • Assist Finance Director with monthly closing.
  • Assist Finance Director with annual audit and year-end closing.
  • Assist with related special projects, as required.
