Caregivers; PCA and CNA

Fountain Hill Home Care by Arbor Acres offers personalized in-home care services designed to help individuals maintain independence while receiving compassionate support. This is a Part-Time position, on-site role located in Winston‑Salem, NC for a Caregiver (PCA or CNA). Caregivers will provide daily support for individuals in need, including assisting with personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, errands, and companionship. Caregivers will work closely with clients to ensure their well-being and independence while delivering attentive, warm, and professional care.

Applicants should have a passion for helping others and demonstrate sensitivity to the needs of clients.

• Experience in providing personal care services such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
• Basic knowledge of meal preparation, housekeeping, and providing medication reminders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for maintaining client relationships and providing emotional support
• Ability to manage tasks independently, prioritize efficiently, and adapt to the needs of clients
• CNA or PCA certification preferred; CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
• Physical ability to perform caregiving duties, including assisting with mobility
• Previous experience in elder care or home care is highly valued
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
