Winston‑Salem, North Carolina, United States

We know that to deliver exceptional care, we must first empower our staff. When you join us, you're not just taking a job—you're stepping into a supportive, collaborative, and uplifting work environment where your well‑being and professional growth are our top priorities.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — Winston‑Salem, NC

$7,500 Retention Bonus | Flexible Schedules | Ethical, Assent‑Based Practice

OPPORTUNITY

A Bridge to Achievement (ABtA) is growing — and we’re looking for a passionate BCBA to join our Winston‑Salem center (1420 Plaza Drive). If you thrive in a collaborative environment that values clinical excellence, ethical integrity, and a balanced life, this is the place for you.

Don't live here, but ready for a change of scenery? Winston‑Salem is calling, and we'll help you get here with a $5,000 relocation bonus!

You’ll design and oversee individualized ABA programs for autistic learners ages 2 to 27 in a primarily center‑based model. You’ll be supported by a full operational team so your time stays focused where it matters most: the kids, the families, and your clinical craft.

Why BCBAs Love Working at ABtA:

We protect your time and well‑being through:

  • Small caseloads & reduced billable requirements (choose your own tier between 20-30 billable hours!)
  • Full‑time benefits regardless of tier
  • Generous PTO, flextime, and burnout‑prevention initiative
  • Pay‑for‑performance bonuses
2. Led by Clinicians, Not Corporates

Our leadership team is made up of BCBAs who know the realities of the field. Every decision is made through a behavior‑analytic, ethical lens — not a profit one.

3. Growth Without the Guesswork

We invest in your professional path:

  • Structured career progression and internal promotions
  • Formal BCBA Mentorship & Trainee Programs
  • Monthly supervision meetings with LPAs and senior BCBAs
  • Free internal CEUs and professional development book clubs
4. Full Operational Support

Focus on your clients — we handle the rest. Intake, scheduling, billing, training, and center operations are managed by dedicated teams.

5. Our Values in Action

We live our mission daily: inclusiveness, dignity, compassion, integrity, and excellence.

6. Specialized Programs/Focus

Simply put, we don't do 'one‑size‑fits‑all.' We pride ourselves on individualized care for learners aged 2 to 26+, and this is evident by our specialized programs. Whether it's school readiness, daily living skills and friendship‑building for older learners, social groups, or vocational skills—we have tailored options that cover a wide spectrum of needs.

7. Collaboration Without Barriers

We proudly operate without non‑compete clauses. You’ll stay with us because you want to, not because you’re required to.

8. Ethical, Assent‑Based Practice

We are committed to responsible, quality‑driven ABA — never quantity. Our QA systems ensure every program reflects best practices and learner dignity.

You’ll have a direct line to leadership, regular feedback loops, and open forums to share ideas.

10. Exceptional Benefits

Spoiler Alert:
