Job Title:

Medical Unit Receptionist

Performs clerical and receptionist roles to facilitate the efficient operation and maintenance of the patient care area under the supervision of the health care team members.

• Schedule:
  
  Full-Time 36 hours, 7:00pm - 7:00am, Weekends (Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday)

Description:

Ortho and Spine Specialty care unit is a 39 bed newly renovated unit that specializes in total joint replacements, orthopedic condition management, spine surgery/procedures, complicated headaches, and retractable migraines.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED, required.
• Experience:
  
  One year experience in healthcare, preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.
• Additional Skills/Requirements (preferred):
  Experience with answering multiple phone lines, basic computer skills, excellent customer service behaviors.
