Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

• 18 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with 1 months within the past 12 months.

• Travel experience is required from any number of months.

• ASN completion required

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a North Carolina license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:

• 2 years of Med Surg experience

• Trachs, chest tubes, IV starts, wound care, dressing changes, wound vacs, drains, cardiac rhythm interpretation (will check off on strips during shift), central line blood draws

• Non-titrating Drips (required):
Heparin, Lasix, Protonix

Preferred Skills/Experience: Non-titrating Drips (preferred):
Cardizem, Amiodarone (please note in offer if they have this experience. Can teach here if no experience)

Required Credentials: ASN/BSN
