The Manager of Carelon Rx Inside Sales is responsible for developing the inside sales team within assigned therapeutic or disease states.

• Manages and mentors inside sales staff.
• Reviews referral activity trends and aligns inside sales activities to business goals.
• Uses databases and other tools to identify key accounts and maximizes referral potential.
• Partners with outside sales team.
• Communicates information regarding competitors, issues affecting inside sales, and related information to leadership.
• Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare industry; or any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background.

• Salesforce experience.
• Leadership experience.
• EMR and CRM Knowledge.
• Microsoft suite, tableau and Smartsheet experience.
