Public Area Attendant

We are seeking a dedicated M-Club Attendant to maintain cleanliness and order in all guest-facing common areas. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to enhancing the guest experience through exceptional service.

• Provide exceptional service in the Club Lounge by assisting with food and beverage offerings to create a refined guest experience.
• Stay informed of daily hotel updates and guest preferences, ensuring timely and personalized service delivery.
• Maintain the Club Lounge’s immaculate presentation and cleanliness, reflecting our commitment to excellence at all times.
• Serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs with genuine care, creating wow moments that leave a lasting impression and elevate every guest experience.
• Support the broader Food & Beverage team with operational tasks to ensure seamless service flow.
• Cultivate lasting relationships with guests through thoughtful, engaging service that encourages loyalty and future visits.

• A combination of education and experience.

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
