Graduate Recruitment Consultant – North Carolina

The Offer- $53,000 base salary plus uncapped commission (realistic OTE of $80,000–$100,000 in Year
1) - Comprehensive graduate training program with ongoing mentorship

- Hybrid working model, with one day per week from home
- Clear career progression opportunities from Graduate Consultant through to Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates
- Work towards targets and deliver results in a performance-driven environment
- Become a specialist within a chosen market sector
- Recent graduate (all degree disciplines considered)
- Driven, resilient, and motivated by success
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
