Interim Recruiter – Contract (8–12 Weeks)
ONSITE: Winston-Salem, NC (Remote Fridays)
Vaco is partnering with a client to find an Interim Recruiter to support their hiring of installers and technicians. This 8–12 week contract role is perfect for someone with recruiting experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Source, screen, and engage candidates for installer and technician roles
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes and maintain candidate pipelines
- Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers
- Collaborate with HR on recruiting strategies and reporting
- Recruiting experience, ideally in skilled trades or technical roles
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools
- Dayforce experience is a plus
