Are you a people‑first recruiter who loves building pipelines, supporting employees, and partnering with operations to keep teams fully staffed and successful?
We’re looking for a Shared Services Coordinator to serve as the onsite recruiting lead and administrative partner for one of our Private Education locations. This is a high‑impact role where you’ll own recruiting while being the go-to resource for employees and managers.
What You’ll Do Recruiting & Staffing (Primary Focus)- Lead full‑cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and bench talent
- Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and align candidates to open roles
- Manage daily applicant tracking and hiring workflows
- Coordinate job fairs, community outreach, and referral recruiting
- Partner with managers to meet staffing goals and timelines
- Provide onsite administrative support to the Account Manager
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and concerns
- Assist with paystubs, system access, wage verifications, and onboarding
- Support general HR processes, including FMLA and ADA inquiries
- Maintain a professional, welcoming front‑office environment
- Ensure accurate documentation and strict confidentiality
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer‑service mindset
- Experience with recruiting, staffing, or high‑volume hiring preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to collaborate with managers and support employees onsite
