Enterprise Resources Planning Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Net Suite Administrator to take ownership of our ERP environment and support our growing manufacturing operations. This is a key role responsible for system administration, optimisation, and user support across the business.

While direct Net Suite experience is preferred, we welcome candidates from any ERP background who bring strong manufacturing systems knowledge and a passion for improving business processes.

• Own and manage the Net Suite ERP platform, including configuration, administration, and ongoing optimisation
• Support manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and operations teams with system improvements
• Translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions
• Manage integrations with third-party systems (e.g. WMS, CRM, MES, BI tools)
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across ERP processes
• Deliver user training, documentation, and support
• Manage upgrades, testing, deployments, and release cycles
• Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system security
• Act as subject matter expert for ERP across the business

• 5+ years’ experience in ERP administration, support, or consultancy
• Strong manufacturing experience (discrete, batch, or process manufacturing environments)
• Experience working with any major ERP system (Net Suite, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Infor, Epicor, IFS, etc.)
• Solid understanding of:
• Manufacturing workflows
• Supply chain management
• Inventory control
• MRP / production planning
• Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, change-driven environment
