Consumer Experience is seeking a highly skilled Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) professional to join the AEM and Analytics team. This role serves as an AEM Author focused on building and optimizing the consumer‑facing components of Reynolds brand websites. The ideal candidate brings strong website expertise with a deep understanding of visual implementation, accessibility best practices, and user‑centered design within the AEM ecosystem.
YourKey Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain website experiences across multiple Reynolds brand sites using Adobe Experience Manager.
- Translate complex UI/UX designs into responsive, high‑performing front‑end interfaces with high accuracy.
- Ensure all digital experiences meet accessibility standards and deliver seamless, intuitive user experiences.
- Bridge design and development teams by effectively converting visual concepts into scalable technical solutions.
- Contribute to a diverse and inclusive high‑performing team with a relentless focus on talent development.
- Ensure compliance with governmental, company, and departmental policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including components, templates, Adobe Asset Library, Moderation Tool, and Experience Fragments. Equivalent experience with similar CMS platforms—such as Sitecore, Salesforce, Oracle, Word Press, or Contentful—is considered.
- Knowledge of AEM back‑end basics, accessibility standards, performance tools (Lighthouse), and agile methodologies.
- Adobe certifications in AEM are a plus.
- 4–8+ years in front‑end/web development, with 2–5+ years specifically in AEM working with service providers and external partnerships.
- Strong communication, collaboration, credibility, and influencing skills.
- Experience supporting internal and external stakeholders to solve complex problems; navigating ambiguity, risk, and roadblocks.
- Excels in a fast‑paced environment while holding self/others accountable. Experience in a highly regulated industry is a nice to have.
