Senior Product Manager – Healthcare Platform

The Senior Product Manager will shape and deliver critical product initiatives within Inmar's rapidly evolving healthcare division. The role leads technical product management, strategic roadmap execution, and innovative prototype development, bridging platform engineering with cutting‑edge product innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Technical Product Management & Platform Strategy
    :
    Define and execute the strategic vision for core healthcare platform infrastructure, including microservices, APIs, backend integrations, and security frameworks. Own the product roadmap, backlog prioritization, and delivery timelines for backend services, platform reliability, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, HITRUST). Collaborate closely with Platform Engineering to transition current project initiatives into long‑term, scalable platform solutions.
  • Innovation & Prototyping
    :
    Partner with the Experimental Product Development team to leverage rapid prototyping, iterative design, AI technologies, and innovative product methodologies. Identify high‑impact opportunities to integrate experimental prototypes directly into production, ensuring compliance and scalability while fostering continuous innovation and customer‑centric experimentation.
  • Cross‑Functional Leadership & Communication
    :
    Coordinate across multiple technical teams, ensuring clarity of vision, strategic alignment, and effective communication throughout product development life cycles. Provide guidance on technical trade‑offs, platform decisions, regulatory compliance, and data governance. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, Security, and Compliance.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Security Oversight
    :
    Lead integration of privacy, security, and compliance requirements into product designs. Facilitate HITRUST readiness activities and enhance platform trustworthiness and compliance.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 8+ years in Technical Product Management, ideally in healthcare, enterprise SaaS, or regulated industries.
  • Expertise in backend architectures, microservices, API design, cloud platforms (preferably GCP), and data security best practices.
  • Experience managing technical roadmaps and aligning engineering initiatives with strategic business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, HITRUST, data privacy/security).
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies, rapid prototyping, user‑driven innovation, and AI integration.
  • Exceptional collaboration, communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills with cross‑functional influence.

  • Successful delivery and adoption of scalable, secure, and compliant healthcare platform solutions.
  • Effective integration of innovative prototypes into production environments.
  • Reduction in technical debt, increased platform stability, and improved user experience across integrated healthcare products.
  • Positive stakeholder feedback on product clarity, strategic alignment, and innovation delivery.
Physical Demands

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: 91,364.63 – USD (may vary by location and experience). Additional compensation includes discretionary bonuses, equity grants, sign‑on bonuses, and other incentive opportunities. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; life insurance; 401(k) with company match;
