Position Overview

Senior IT Support Engineer – responsible for providing secure and reliable IT infrastructure support and serving as a subject matter expert for the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support all IT deployed devices (laptops, PCs, servers, printers, etc.).
  • Provide IT support at retail locations for workstations, A/V, POS, etc.
  • Manage end‑user accounts for AD, M365, and other identified systems.
  • Support Collaboration & Communication tools (A/V, Teams, SharePoint Online, etc.).
  • Support Network, Servers & Storage as needed.
  • Administer Microsoft 0365 and Azure Cloud Services as needed.
  • Provide On‑site Data Center Support for Network, Servers & Storage.
  • Administer Virtualization & Backup Management as needed.

    Support Enterprise Telephony & Telecommunications in partnership with facilities.
  • Research emerging and new technologies to evolve the IT environment.
  • Deliver enterprise projects as determined by IT Leadership.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Maintain daily operations equipment and provide onsite and technical field support throughout the region covering 71+ facilities.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and systems and provide solutions to ensure technology is working properly.
  • Own or co‑own specific solutions such as printer maintenance software and desktop management software.
  • Close IT tickets when work is complete and communicate resolution to the appropriate parties.
  • Participate in special or technical projects within facilities and solutions as needed.
  • Provide on‑call onsite technical support as required, including weekends.
Educational Requirements

Associate degree in information systems/technology or computer science, preferred, or equivalent technical certifications.

Qualifications
  • At least 2 years’ experience in IT support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize requests.
