Siebel CRM Application Support
Responsible for monitoring the servers, troubleshooting issues, doing RCA and support of Siebel CRM application.
Perform all the day to day operational support functions within the Siebel which includes services start up/shutdown for general maintenance, components monitoring, log analysis, resource monitoring.
Responsible for monitoring jobs, RCRs and scheduled tasks for production environment.
Experience in Siebel IP 17.0 and later versions and Siebel version upgrades.
Experience in Siebel deployment activities.
Responsible for fixing the Siebel production defects/issues and assess trends to identify improvement opportunities.
Good knowledge in MS SQL and Oracle database tools.
Good knowledge in defect tracking tools like quick base, Jira, Bugzilla etc. and change request process.
Responsible to submit the daily status reports and closely work with onsite/offshore team.
Monitor all alerts and escalate all issues for all procedures and systems.
Maintain logs of all issues and ensure resolutions according to quality assurance tests for all production processes.
Coordinate with IT groups and external vendors and ensure effective application services to ensure reliability of all applications.
Knowledge in Dot net is added advantage, basic knowledge on.
