Location:
Winston-Salem, NC (2-3 days Onsite a week)

Qualifications required:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with a minimum of 5 years of experienceMinimum 3+ years of client onboarding and integration experienceMinimum 3+ years of experience performing testing support for internally developed applicationsExperience with Windows and Linux based distributed systems, IBM MQ and connect direct technologiesDefinitive and fundamental understanding of XML language used in messagingDetail oriented and organized in both thought and practiceAbility to communicate ideas clearly, both in written and verbal forms, including technical writing skillsAbility to work with all levels within the organizationStrong attention to detail to ensure firm policies and procedures are adhered toProficiency with MS Office applications including MS ProjectProven experience in user acceptance testing and/or system implementationStrong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and quality assurance processesEssential functions and responsibilities:
Lead client onboarding and implementation activities, ensuring timely and successful adoption of systems or productsDevelop certification plans that validate the business and technical requirementsCollaborate with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and ensure comprehensive test coverageIdentify, document, and track issues, bugs, and inconsistencies, working closely with technology teams for resolutionTest new product software application or enhancements to existing software applicationMaintain detailed documentation, including test results, defect logs, and testing/implementation metricsImplement improvements in testing processes that reduce risk and drive efficienciesServe as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation, providing guidance and addressing concernsDevelop and deliver training materials, user guides, and support documentation for end-usersConduct system configurations, data migrations, and customizations based on client requirementsCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all implementation milestones are metMonitor and evaluate implementation success, collecting feedback for continuous improvementKnowledge & Skills:
Development of onboarding and implementations project plansDevelopment of test cases and supporting documentation against requirements experienceAbility to continuously enhance testing criteria and results reportingAbility to build relationships, build consensus, negotiate solutions, and guide customers through their decision process is highly desirableSalary Range: A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum annual salary for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 with full benefits.
