Responsibilities
- Drive product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered solutions that integrate seamlessly with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce to enhance client business processes
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and sales teams to translate complex market requirements into actionable product features that drive measurable client outcomes
- Manage product lifecycle including go-to-market strategy, pricing models, and performance metrics for AI solutions in enterprise environments
- Serve as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and insights to continuously improve product offerings and user experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 2 to 3 years of product management experience within Agile development processes, preferred in Salesforce or other CRM Platforms
- Previous experience implementing agentic AI solutions
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making and product metrics analysis
- Proven ability to work with global teams and demonstrate strong communication skills in cross-cultural environments
- Experience managing technical products with understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS in Data Science, or related field) with experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments (preferred)
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, particularly with AI/ML services and APIs (preferred)
- AI/ML certifications such as AWS Machine Learning Specialty, Google Cloud Professional ML Engineer, or Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate (preferred)
- Understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and AI advancements within CRM platforms, including experience with Salesforce Einstein, AI-powered lead scoring, or similar CRM intelligence tools (preferred)
- Previous experience in financial services, data analytics, or business intelligence industries with understanding of enterprise customer needs (preferred)
