Role Overview
Power the backbone of our digital workplace. As the Global Lead, IT Asset Management, you will define and execute the global ITAM strategy, own end-to-end lifecycle governance for hardware and software assets, and lead a high-performing global team.
What You Will DoDefine, own, and execute the global IT Asset Management strategy across FLBG, lead and develop a global organization of asset managers and specialists, own and govern end-to-end lifecycle of hardware and software assets globally, and drive operational excellence across the asset lifecycle with automation and Service Now integration.

Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- 15+ years of experience in IT Asset Management / IT Operations
- 5+ years in leadership roles (global scope)
- Proven experience in regulated/GxP environments
- Strong expertise in ITIL, asset lifecycle governance, and Service Now ITSM platforms
- Extensive experience in vendor management, financial ownership, and negotiation
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling global functions
