LPN

Homestead Hills is seeking an LPN to support our healthcare technology users and internal teams. In this role, you'll combine clinical knowledge with our innovative software, helping configure, test, and optimize nursing workflows in our applications. You'll review clinical requirements, assist with documentation, support user training, and troubleshoot issues reported by clients. Working closely with product managers, developers, and customer success, you'll advocate for safe, efficient clinical user experiences while contributing to continuous product improvement and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Support configuration and testing of clinical workflows in nursing-related software modules
• Translate nursing practice requirements into clear product and documentation inputs
• Assist with user training and create or refine clinical job aids and guides
• Troubleshoot and escalate clinically related software issues from customers
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success on feature design and quality
• Review product changes for clinical safety, accuracy, and regulatory alignment
• Provide clinical perspective in usability testing and feedback sessions
• Maintain current knowledge of nursing best practices relevant to product use
• Document findings, test results, and enhancement recommendations
• Contribute to continuous improvement of healthcare software implementations
