Our Global Graduate Program (GGP) is an accelerated, entry-level opportunity for individuals with at least 1 to 3 years of professional experience who are ready to fast-track their careers with a global organization. The program is designed to prepare participants for a Lead Manager role, with potential international career opportunities across BAT.
As a Global Graduate in Research & Development, you will develop scientific, leadership and business capabilities through hands‑on assignments across Toxicology and Epidemiology. You may gain exposure to areas such as compliance, validation, regulatory submissions, clinical studies, biostatistics, analytical services, product development, and deployment.
YourKey Responsibilities Will Include
- Conducting research and data analysis to support key SR&D and S&RA initiatives.
- Supporting the development and implementation of functional strategies and projects.
- Applying scientific insights to address business and product-related challenges.
- Investigating complex issues and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Delivering high-quality projects through collaboration, accountability and self-leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher required in Toxicology, Epidemiology, Public Health, Biostatistics, Pharmacology, Biomedical Sciences, Environmental Health Sciences, Data Science (health-related applications)
- At least 1-3 years of research or related experience.
- Knowledge of FDA regulatory processes or experience in an FDA-regulated industry.
- Strong academic performance and demonstrated leadership potential.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Intellectual curiosity, adaptability and a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations using data and insights.
- Willingness to relocate globally.
