The Hiring Range for this opportunity is: $88,406 - 92,000.

This classification performs responsible technical work supporting software applications and processes for the Town.

This role involves close collaboration with departmental staff to understand their software needs, providing technical support, configuring and customizing software solutions, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The Analyst will also play a key role in implementing new software systems, training users, and documenting processes.

• Manage and maintain software applications used by different departments within the Town of Wake Forest, including but not limited to Laserfiche, Tyler New World, Open Gov Cartegraph, and Microsoft 365.
• Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve software-related problems promptly.
