• Serve as the main point of contact for clients—handling policy updates, quotes, claims assistance, and renewals.
• Educate and advise clients on coverage options that fit their needs and budgets.
• Onboard new clients from start to finish: gather data, quote, bind, and handle cancellations or transitions.
• Proactively review policies, recommend coverage changes, and round out accounts.
• Resolve service issues quickly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction at every step.
• Maintain thorough records of all client interactions in our agency management system.

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry
• Strong communication skills—friendly, clear, and confident
• Organized, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple tasks with ease
• Prior Experience As a Licensed Insurance Professional Preferred
• North Carolina Property & Casualty License
