Personal Lines Account Manager

Sizemore Insurance is growing, and we are hiring a Personal Lines Account Manager for our Shallotte office.

• Manage a personal lines book of business with precision and care
• Lead renewal conversations and proactively review coverage
• Handle endorsements, policy changes, and client service needs
• Communicate clearly with carriers and clients to solve problems quickly
  
  Identify coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities
• Protect retention through strong relationship management
• Support producers and contribute to office growth

This role is about service excellence, accountability, and forward momentum
.

• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience preferred
• Active North Carolina Property & Casualty license required
• Coastal property and homeowners knowledge strongly preferred
• Confident communicator by phone, email, and in person
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Organized, efficient, and calm under pressure
• Team-first mindset with pride in professional work

• Salary range: $50,000 to $70,000 based on experience and background
