Seeking a Title Searcher to work in a major Triad law firm’s Commercial Real Estate practice group. Client is willing to train the right person, so experience in Commercial Real Estate title search is desirable but not required. Friendly & relaxed work atmosphere, paid benefits.

• Role is devoted entirely to conducting complex title searches and chains of title for real property, reviewing plats, tax maps, easements, liens, etc.
• Some experience in Commercial Real Estate is desirable.
• Experience with navigating and using county GIS websites is desirable.
• Some commercial properties can be very large and made up of many individual plots with ownership, in some cases, going back 100+ years, so the role requires someone who is highly meticulous, very detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated, without the need for continuous supervision.
