This is a full-time, on-site position for an Associate at Castillo Immigration Law Firm, located in Winston-Salem, NC. The Associate will be responsible for assisting clients with various immigration and naturalization matters, preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, and representing clients during legal proceedings. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, managing cases, and collaborating with the legal team to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

• Strong understanding of Immigration Law, including employment and family based visas processes courta representation and naturalization
• 3-5 years of experience with legal research, drafting legal documents, and handling case management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Juris Doctor (JD) or LLM from an accredited law school is preferred
• Bar admission and license to practice law is required
• Proficiency in additional languages, especially Spanish, is highly desirable
• Commitment to client advocacy and knowledge of cultural competency is a plus jo
