SECTR Partners are working with a leading Aesthetics group to hire a Vice President of Operations to serve as the regional executive leader overseeing clinics throughout the Mid-Atlantic. The role is responsible for full P&L accountability and overseeing operations, marketing, financial performance, growth strategy, talent development, and clinical support across all clinics within the region.
Responsibilities- Own full regional P&L with accountability for revenue growth, EBITDA performance
- Identify expansion opportunities including acquisitions and service line expansion
- Drive KPIs including revenue per provider, treatment conversion rates, patient retention, labor efficiency, and capacity utilization
- Partner with the corporate team to Monitor financial performance
- Build a high-performance culture centered on accountability, service excellence, and teamwork
- +10 years progressive leadership in a multi-site healthcare, aesthetics, dermatology or related industry
- Proven P&L ownership experience of +$20M
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills
