We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the delivery and operations of application support services for a dynamic apparel client. This role is based in the vibrant city of Winston Salem, NC, offering a unique blend of cultural heritage and modern amenities, making it an ideal place for both work and leisure.

• Lead and manage the AMS team to deliver high-quality support services across multiple applications (33%).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders for all AMS-related activities (33%).
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and other contractual obligations (33%).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, incident, problem, and change management, as well as team leadership. Responsibilities include ensuring SLA adherence, driving continuous service improvement, and enhancing client satisfaction.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field.
• Proven track record in managing incident, problem, change, and release management processes.
• Ability to drive root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Experience in monitoring and reporting on service performance, trends, and improvement opportunities.
