A healthcare organization in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking an experienced MDS Coordinator (RN License Required) to maintain schedules and coordinate MDS processes. This role involves ensuring the accuracy of MDS data, formulating Resident Care Plans in collaboration with teams, and conducting timely RCP meetings. Candidates must be registered nurses from an accredited nursing school with a current valid RN license.

Experience with MDS-RAP, RUG-IV, and MDS 3.0 is preferred.
