Automotive Controller

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all accounting operations including financial reporting, expense analysis, and forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
  • Manage month‑end and year‑end close processes
  • Supervise accounting staff and coordinate with department managers
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and dealership performance metrics
  • Monitor cash flow and manage dealership assets
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of Controller‑level leadership
  • Strong understanding of dealership operations and DMS systems (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds)
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities
