Brake Press Setup and Operate - Rural Hall

Set Up and Operate CNC Press Brake:

• Read blueprints or job orders for specifications such as dimensions and tolerances, tooling instructions. Reading and interpreting blueprints, engineering specifications and shop orders to determine machine setup, production methods and sequence of operations.
• Verify in process and final conformance of work-piece to specifications using measuring equipment such as tape measure, angle gauges and go no go gauges.
• First-run set ups unassisted and within acceptable time limits.
• Selection of proper tools, equipment and materials.
• Complete production and quality paperwork as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Mon - Fri 7:00am-3:30pm.
• 2 years minimum of verifiable experience setting up and operating a brake press.
• Other metal fabrication experience such as stamping, rolling, welding and machining is a plus.
