Quality KPI Engineer

Quality KPI Engineer — Collects, analyzes and communicates management data to support day-to-day business decisions, strategic planning and specific aspects of business performance and improvement. Compiles, models, interprets and analyzes data; explains variances and trends. Identifies and documents improvements in modeling techniques.
Monitor the quality performance of KPIs.
Your main responsibilities will be:- Collect data for KPI reporting
- Create KPI reports
- Monitor and continuously improve processes in order to improve KPI’s
- Work across all departments to implement improvements
- Support with training
- Develop KPI’s along with other departments
- Ability to sit for entirety of shift and work on computer.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift, bend, stoop and walk the production floor.
- Flexibility to work overtime as requested.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to focus on relevant work for entirety of shift.
- Authorized to work for any employer in the United States
- Analytical mindset.
