Machine Operators

A mid-sized, stable manufacturer in Winston‑Salem is looking for machine operators. As a Machine Operator, you will be integral to the manufacturing process, ensuring precision and quality in production. • Operate and monitor various types of machines.
• Set up machines according to specifications and ensure proper functioning.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Use hand tools and other equipment as necessary to perform job duties.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications.

• Basic math skills
• Ability to use dial calipers, snap gages, and micrometers.
• Prior manufacturing experience.
• Ability to be on their feet for several hours.
• Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality control checks.
• Basic understanding of machining principles and techniques.

• First shift: 7am-3pm
• Second shift: 3-11pm
• Third shift: 11pm-7am
