Responsibilities

Operation and maintenance of modern manufacturing machinery
Keep up machines in good working condition by adhering to cleaning schedules and applying basic preventative maintenance techniques
Set up machines according to each job specification per work order
Lead a team of production employees
Supervision and optimization of production processes and quality criteria

Requirements

Mathematical comprehension and mechanical aptitude
Experience of working within a production environment
Textile experience is a plus
Organized team player who performs effectively and accurately
Ability to handle a physical workload
Must be willing to work late and night shift
Forklift experience is a plus
