CNC Machine Operator – 3rd Shift

Schedule:

3rd Shift, 10:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. | Pay: $21.00 per hour

We are seeking a dependable CNC Machine Operator to operate production equipment, maintain accurate records, inspect finished parts, and support a safe, efficient manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to follow precise instructions, and comfortable performing physical work throughout the shift.

• Operate CNC mills, lathes, and parts-washing equipment.
• Load and unload raw materials, equipment, and production parts.
• Stock materials and run parts according to established procedures.
• Maintain detailed and accurate equipment and production records.
• Perform required equipment cleaning and routine maintenance.
• Inspect finished products to confirm they meet required specifications.
• Follow specific work instructions, quality standards, and company safety guidelines.

• Ability to stand on concrete for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and walk throughout the production floor.
• Ability to pick up and move products weighing approximately 50–70 pounds.
• Flexibility to work overtime as requested.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to remain focused on assigned work for the full shift.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States.
