Pre-Assembly Tech- 2nd shift

Winston-Salem/Kernersville area Shift: 2nd Shift | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Pay:$17.50 per hour

We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Pre-Assembly Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for performing complex assembly work, reading blueprints, using precision measurement equipment, and supporting production goals in a safe and organized manufacturing environment.

• Perform complex and advanced assembly of products according to established specifications and work instructions.
• Read and interpret blueprints to pre-assemble products accurately and efficiently.
• Assemble various types of stators and rotors according to work orders.
• Monitor equipment performance and report any issues or substandard conditions to the line lead or supervisor.
• Use precision measurement equipment to ensure product quality and accuracy.
• Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and materials used during the assembly process.
• Operate a pallet jack as needed to move materials or products.
• Follow all required PPE, ESD, safety, and quality protocols.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area following 6S standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to stand on concrete for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and walk throughout the production floor.
• Ability to pick up and move products as needed.
• Ability to lift 10 lbs. to 40 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Flexibility to work overtime as requested.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stay focused and productive throughout the full shift.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
