We’re partnering with a growing organization to hire a Product Marketing Manager who will serve as a strategic expert on products, customer needs, and buyer journeys. This role blends deep customer insight, analytical thinking, and creative storytelling to shape go‑to‑market strategy, product positioning, and integrated marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate thrives in highly collaborative environments, enjoys solving complex challenges, and excels at connecting solutions to real buyer needs through data‑driven insights and compelling narratives.

This is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days a week in office expectation in Greensboro.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert on products, customer needs, and buyer journeys across the organization
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to uncover customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence
  • Translate complex product features into clear, differentiated positioning and messaging frameworks
  • Develop and maintain messaging that aligns with broader brand strategy and resonates with target audiences
  • Lead go‑to‑market planning and execution for new products and feature launches
  • Create and oversee development of core go‑to‑market assets (e.g., webpages, one‑pagers, presentations, videos)
  • Collaborate with product teams to influence roadmaps using customer and market insights
  • Build and maintain sales enablement materials such as decks, battle cards, personas, and objection‑handling guides
  • Partner with content and creative teams on case studies, customer stories, and campaign collateral
  • Analyze performance and feedback to continuously refine positioning, messaging, and launch effectiveness
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to marketing teams on product‑market fit, buyer resonance, and campaign direction
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing and/or integrated marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Proven success developing positioning and messaging that differentiates products and drives adoption
  • Experience leading complex, cross‑functional product launches
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and customer insights into actionable strategies
  • Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable collaborating and influencing across teams and senior stakeholders
  • Experience leveraging modern marketing tools and technologies; familiarity with AI tools is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
