Senior Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive engagement, recruitment, and retention.
• Create and manage multi-channel communications across email, digital, print, and social media.
• Serve as editor/manager for member publications from concept to final production.
• Lead social media strategy and create engaging graphics and short-form video content.
• Oversee public relations efforts, including media outreach, press releases, and brand reputation management.
• Help shape messaging and promotion for events, including on-site activation.
• Track engagement metrics and use data to inform strategy.
• Oversee one direct report.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, or related field.
• Minimum eight years of marketing or public relations experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Someone comfortable with and skilled at public speaking.
• Self-starter who is creative and can work independently.
• Experience with project management and digital marketing tools.
• A collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for meaningful work.
• Team player who is willing to pinch hit when needed.
• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce, Cvent, and Pardot.
