Description:

RTO after booking is not allowed and is not allowed to be worked out onsite. Any call offs or additional RTO on unit, could possibly turn into a cancel and DNR.

• Ratios: 1: 5-6

• Float Requirement:
  Floating to similar units - float at least once a week is typical
• Weekend Requirement:
  Every other weekend required; must be able to work holidays
• Contract staff will be assigned and expected to work a Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team. Contract staff may be required to report to work during a catastrophic event, mass casualty or disaster. Consolidation to the Centralized Office mid contract may occur and the contract staff may be preassigned to units as needed

Candidate must go into the lab within 48 hours after signing. All testing must be completed within 48 hours. Submission Process:
All units are utilizing Clinical for direct profile review. Submission Details:
Former Novant/New Hanover employees (PERM/PRN/EP) must wait 12 months before applying. Disclosure required (with hospital name/dates employed) at submission; facility approval needed. Current travel Per Diem clinicians aren't eligible for travel contracts they must choose one. Include status and intent in the submission. Local candidates (50 miles):
Lower rate applies. RTO:
Up to 7 days auto approved (no holidays). Must work 2 of 3 major holidays. No RTO during first week. All RTO must be pre-approved. Cannot request additional RTO after signing. NC or Compact license pending OK for submittal. Floating:
Candidates must be open to floating within/near facility per job description. Travel pairs:

Pre-start modules are non-billable, time spent on modules should be margined separately from orientation hours.
