Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct resident care in a skilled nursing facility.

• Administering medications and treatments accurately and timely
• Performing resident assessments and recording vital signs
• Responding promptly to emergency situations
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Maintaining accurate documentation and reports
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals and participating in training
• Providing mentorship to team members

• Current licensure as an LPN or LVN in good standing
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certification
• 1-2 years of healthcare experience preferred
• Strong communication, technical, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Physical ability to perform active duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs and pushing 250 lbs
• Flexibility to work long hours, including nights and weekends

• Excellent English proficiency
• Proficiency with electronic health records and office equipment
