Medication Care Manager – Senior Living

Overview

As a Medication Aide/Med Tech at Sunrise Senior Living, you ensure residents receive medications and treatments safely, accurately, and with dignity.

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration
• Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time
• Observe residents during and after medication passes
• Monitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for symptom relief
• Report refusals or concerns promptly
• Complete narcotic counts per policy
• Maintain clean, organized medication carts and rooms
• Follow infection control and safety standards

• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
• Medication Administration certification
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Senior care experience preferred

$16.40 - $20.55 per hour
