About the PositionTravel Nurse Source is working with Slate Healthcare to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Winston Salem, North Carolina, 27103!
Description As a Med Surg Tele nurse, you'll provide care to patients requiring telemetry monitoring.
Your role will involve monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and collaborating with a diverse healthcare team to ensure quality patient care. You will work night shifts, with a patient ratio of 1:5, occasionally 1:6, and be part of a supportive environment focused on teamwork and patient-centric care.
