• Provide expert labor and delivery nursing care to patients in various hospital settings, ensuring compliance with hospital protocols and patient safety standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for mothers and newborns.
• Maintain thorough and accurate medical documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
• Execute patient assessments, monitor fetal and maternal well‑being, and respond promptly to emergency situations.
• Support patient education and provide emotional support to families during labor and delivery processes.

• Nursing degree from an accredited institution.
• BLS, NRP, and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum 1 year of labor and delivery nursing experience.
• Valid North Carolina nursing license.
• Ability to work multiple shifts.
• Strong communication skills.
