Registered Nurse – Renal & Limb Preservation
Location:
Forsyth Medical Center
Schedule:
Part-Time, Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM - 24 hours per week
Relocation up to $7,500
This specialized unit cares for renal, dialysis, nephrology, and vascular patients, with a strong focus on limb preservation and advanced renal care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Advanced wound care
- Vascular Assessment and Monitoring

- Pre/Post Operative Care
- Education:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
- If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course. - Experience:
One year of acute nursing experience required. - Licensure/Certification/Registration:
- Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
-Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Red Cross or American Heart Association required.
