Join a dedicated pediatric home health team as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
Key Responsibilities Include- Providing one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and adolescents in their homes based on physician plans of care.
- Performing ongoing patient assessments and administering medications, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordinating care and educating family members to improve patient outcomes.
- Implementing preventative measures to maintain high-quality care.
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license (new graduates welcome with training).
- Experience providing care in a home setting preferred.
- Ability to positively impact patients and families.
